The Emperor Aquatics SMART HO ML UV Sterilizers demonstrate Emperor’s ability to combine powerful UV output performance in a space saving package. These UV’s feature GPH/T6 high output hard-quartz glass lamps that produce approximately twice the output watts when compared to standard low-pressure lamps, offering 13 months of continual operation until they reach their end of useful life (80 percent efficient). The high output performance from the GPH/T6 lamps allows for an increase to the UV body diameter to 11", raising the recommended water flow rate. The ML series features a watertight design for outdoor wet environments. Each exposure chamber is constructed of heavy wall UV resistant plastic and offers a lifetime warranty against failure of the plastic due to UV light. Performance is also guaranteed when sized and operated using Emperor Aquatic’s performance recommendations. These are serious units for the serious ponder!

The Emperor Aquatics SMART HO ML UV Sterilizers demonstrate Emperor’s ability to combine powerful UV output performance in a space saving package. These UV’s feature GPH/T6 high output hard-quartz glass lamps that produce approximately twice the output watts when compared to standard low-pressure lamps, offering 13 months of continual operation until they reach their end of useful life (80 percent efficient). The high output performance from the GPH/T6 lamps allows for an increase to the UV body diameter to 11", raising the recommended water flow rate. The ML series features a watertight design for outdoor wet environments. Each exposure chamber is constructed of heavy wall UV resistant plastic and offers a lifetime warranty against failure of the plastic due to UV light. Performance is also guaranteed when sized and operated using Emperor Aquatic’s performance recommendations. These are serious units for the serious ponder!

The HOSS (High-Output Stainless Steel) UV combines quality craftsmanship with superior design and performance to deliver years of dependable, trouble-free operation. Our features include versatile mounting capabilities, a watertight design, an easy-to-service lamp/quartz sleeve configuration and a durable NEMA 4X power supply enclosure. Each HOSS UV features our 80 Watt High-Output T6 lamp(s), configured in an array which best utilizes their UV-C output to its maximum potential. HOSS UVs are available in one through four-lamp configurations.

HOSS UV Features

Single-End access allows for easy glass component (lamp/quartz sleeve) servicing and replacement. Threaded, watertight lamp connection isolates the lamp from water and outside elements.

Watertight Design protects all electrical hardware from water damage.

NEMA 4X Power Supply Enclosure protects transformer(s) and electrical components from damage commonly associated with wet applications.

4-Way Mounting brackets allow for either vertical or horizontal mounting. Brackets also allow for multiple power enclosure positioning on the UV housing.

T6 Low-Pressure/High-Output UV Lamps are the most efficient low-pressure lamps available, converting 35-40% of their Input Watts into germicidal UV-C Output Watts.
