Adding an air pump to your pond system will help increase levels of healthy bacteria, lower algae levels, and help create and maintain a healthy eco-system. Air pumps are recommended for all pond sizes. Hakko Air Pumps ALONE do not come with a manifold, but one can be purchased separately, or if you buy a kit as listed below they come with it. The outlet is 5/8", but if you purchase the manifold (or buy the kit), the outlets are 3/16" (Standard airline tubing).

Disc Diffusers were engineered for maximum performance. The disc bodies are made of high-strength polypropylene that have 3/4” NPT connections. All FlexAir Diffusers have a minimum of 6,600 engineered air release orifices. This means it has 20% more orifices than comparable models. The design on the EPDM membrane is special in that its engineered thickness taper results in full transfer efficiency along with maximum operational flexibility. Each disc included an integral triple check valve to prevent water backflow.
