It’s easy to set-up a Laguna pond filtration system. This diagram shows what a finished Laguna system looks like. Starting from the right side, the dirty pond water is sucked through the pre-filter where it is removed of large debris. The water then flows into the filter where it is pushed through the diverter valve. Some of the water enters the fountain and creates a nice water feature. The rest of the water enters the UV light. This is where the water becomes clear and the green water is destroyed. Once the green water is destroyed the water then enters the Powerflo 1000 external filter. This is where the water is polished and remaining dirt is removed. The clean, clear water then flows back into the pond where it circulates.
